Thursday:
15 minute amrap
10 push press
10 kettle bell
10 sit ups

L: Grilled Chicken
D: Hanger Steak

One week to go on green faces...to date I am down 22lbs, hoping for 30 by the end. Let's all help motivate each other!

L: Water/DC...delayed for 3 hours in the airport with only snack food so opted for nothing.
D: Spinach, Lettuce and Steak...the restaurant served the mashed potatoes with my steak after I asked to not have it...I still was able to not eat it.

Congrats, Caraly! It's inspiring to see someone so committed, especially doing something so hard. (damn you Green Faces for being so hard!). Have you thought about carrying jerky for when you think you may need a snack? I can't get into it but have friends who swear by it in a pinch--no fridge needed.
