Newbies!!

Welcome to all of our new GetMoFitters!!  It's going to be a great month and as all of the others will tell you, although it doesn't ever become easy, you will get better at everything and be able to do things you never thought possible!  Believe in yourself and always think, "I can do it", and it will get done!  See you all on Thursday.
