Sunday's Team WOD

We will meet rain or shine at the track....

2 person teams.  20 minute amrap(as many rounds as possible)

A. 15 squats
B. 20 kettle bell swings
C. 100 meter sprint

First partner does A, second does B when they finish, first does C, second does A, first does B...and so on for 20 minutes.

Plan on running in the rain, however, if it's totally crazy, I will modify the run and we can go under the covering.

Once again, my Sunday ladies went for it in the rain! True fitness warriors waking up early and doing a workout in the rain!! Nice work-enjoy the day!
