Setting Goals and tomorrow's workout

Hi Ladies(and our few brave men),
After many discussions today, I thought this would be a good time to talk about setting some goals.  The best way to get better at something is to really visualize where you want to be and make it happen.  I would like for all of you to post your 6 month goal to comments.  It might be to run a 5 k, or do a body weight pull up, or to master a full burpee...whatever it is, post it and let's help each other get there!

Tomorrow's Workout:
20 Jumping Pull Ups
30 Push Ups
40 Sit Ups
50 air squats
x4 with exactly 3 minutes rest in between

Warm up with a jog quietly to respect the people in prayer.  We will then stretch and get started by 5:45 the latest with the work out.  This one takes some time.

My 6 month goal is to get a muscle up. It is a gymnastic move on the rings where you do a full body pull up, straight into a dip...you can google search it if you are interested in seeing it.

I would like to run a mile under 10 minutes, and do more chest to floor push ups, and plank for a minute...

Gain muscle definition - arms, legs & abs; lower body fat percentage; continue this feeling of more energy!

Gain muscle definition on my arms, legs, and core. I signed up for a 5k at the end of September. After this, my goal will be doing a dipper on th rings and more than one full push ups.
