Friday am workout

Seems like a common goal for a lot of you is to get faster on your distance running.  The best way to do that is to train sprints and short intense runs.  Bring your track shoes tomorrow, we will do just this.

Warm Up:
Jump Rope
Jog an 800

Running Technique

Sprint 20 seconds rest 40 seconds for 15 rounds

Medically excused runners:
Substitute Run for mountain climbers...jump rope for bear crawl
