February is the month of the Heart....

So let's celebrate with lot's of kick butt workouts that really get that heart rate going!!  For the next four weeks, each class will begin with 15 of time for you to work on your strength skills (handstands, pull ups, split squats, dips, pistols,) with your coach there to help with technique/questions or new skill development.  The next 15-30 minutes will be your workout where we will be certain to get those hearts pumping, whether it be stations, amraps, tabata, or one of our favorite mo'fit style workouts.  Sundays will continue to be team style workouts.  We will wrap up each session with a stretch and a chat about goals, nutrition, and future socials!
You are all making amazing progress and it has been an exciting process to watch you all grow (or shrink!!) Keep up the good work...

Hello All...here is the recipe for the cookies I made for Lorella's birthday tonight :-).

Paleo Chocolate Cookies

1 cup almond butter
1/4 cup dark chocolate chopped
1 egg
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup honey

Preheat oven to 350.

In a mixing bowl mix all of the ingredients until thoroughly combined.

Drop rounded teaspoonfuls onto a parchment lined baking sheet.

Press down slightly on cookies to flatten out.

Bake for 10 minutes.

Delish!
