Meet at the Little Gym for a Team WOD

25 minute amrap- groups of 3-4

As many reps as possible of:
Ball Slams
Kettle Bell
Weighted Walking Lunges
Push Ups

Only 1 member of the team can be working at the reps, while 1 member is the pace setter by performing 20 situps

I did a vaca WOD today. Double under practice. Then tabata jump ropes, squats, walking lunges, push ups and situps. Now onto the cocktails!!!
