Bring your rope all week.  We will continue to drill the double under skill

Monday:

Max rounds in 15 minutes
5x ball slams
7x Wall ball burpees
10x Box jumps 

Tuesday:
100 Turkish Get Ups for time…you must go up in weight from last time

Thursday: 
15 Minute amrap
3x Man-makers 
5x Burpees
25x Sit-ups
