For all you iphone users...go and download the WOD app...it allows you to track all of your workouts, and has all of the crossfit workouts in there for you...you don't have to, but since I don't see a lot of notebooks on a daily basis, I am guessing we are not recording and this is an easy way to get it done!

End of June - 100burpee workout capped at 7 minutes - i could only do 47
End of August - 100 burpees 12:47
Today - 100 burpees 10:13
Goal - in a month - under 9 minutes
