1 minute each side x 3 15 second transition between sides, 1 minute rest between sets
Hand Stand Holds
1 minutes x 3 rest 2 minutes
tabata squats..hold at the bottom for 10 second rest
Outside for :
10 push press
400 meter sprint x 3 rest 3 minutes between sets
