Team WOD:
400 meter Bear Crawl(Everyone)
300 Air Squats
200 Hand Release Push Ups
100 Burpees
400 meter run

All Start together for 400 m bear crawl.  As soon as first person is back, they can start on the air squats, but everyone must finish their bear crawl(some may be modified from the start).  Only one athlete working at a time.
