Some of you might need to scale a little, so don't not show up if you are a little nervous:)

If you have a chance, go out either this evening or tomorrow early morning and go for a light jog. It will help with some of the soreness from the lunges. You were all amazing today- you are going to feel this one!

I cannot believe that we did 300 lunges in less than 20 minutes. Each time is a new accomplishment however my legs are feeling it. I will try to jog tomorrow. Hope the Thursday's WOD is more arm work out.

Thursday will definitely be upper body with some loosening of the leg muscles. Hit that light jog up today! Molly

So, I'm going to post because I'm worried that Molly might interpret our silence as meaning we aren't in PAIN from Tuesday's workout. Well, Molly, pat yourself on the back. The muscles in my legs and butt are screaming!!! I can't raise my arms to wash my hair!!! And, we're buying stock in any company that makes ibuprofen.

I am going to continue the madness until the butt looks as tight as it feels after 300 lunges!! And, someone hugged me today and my chest was so sore I winced. Amrap push-ups might be my new love-hate relationship.
