1.  50 Pullups
2.  50 Burpees
3.  50 Jumping ball slams/ 50 push ups
4.  50 kettle bell/ 50 box jump

Go hard at each...5 minute rest between...6 minute cap on each...goal is to finish or to get as many as you can before time is up

Sounds great, but you guys made a mistake Teresa is turning 25!
