1. 50 Pullups
2. 50 Burpees
3. 50 Jumping ball slams/ 50 push ups
4. 50 kettle bell/ 50 box jump
Go hard at each...5 minute rest between...6 minute cap on each...goal is to finish or to get as many as you can before time is up
