You Get Out What You Put in!

Percy's famous saying holds a lot of truth in a workout like todays.  You could easily cruise through stations for 30 seconds doing minimal reps and and chatting your way through your rests.  Or you could do what I saw some doing this morning and push hard for every rep right to the last second.  Never once looking at the clock to see when they could stop, but on the other end watching the clock so they could start right on time and never miss a rep.  What kind of athlete do you want to be?  I want you all to continue to make progress through Mo'Fit.  If you are going to make the commitment to be there, then really be there...push through those last few reps, go for the heavier weight, come early and work on those pull ups, because we all know by now, you Get out what you Put in!!
