Late Lunch/Early Dinner: Archie Moore's Spinach Salad with bacon and chicken...one nacho, two fries and a bite of timothy's birthday ice cream cake...it would have been the fourth birthday cake this month to pass up, needed a bite :-)

As if the workout didn't kill me enough. I sliced my heel beyond belief on the faucet in the shower while stretching. Guess no more stretching in the shower.
