Strength Stations:
Split Squat
Pull Up
Shoulder Rotation
Handstand Push ups

Tuesday:
Partner Work:
21-15-9
Thruster
Burpee Tuck Jump
Followed with 50 Handstand Push Ups
For time
Each Partner does the full 21-15-9 before moving on and then you share the push ups once both of you finish

Thursday:
1 minute at each x 3
Wall Ball
Sumo Deadlift High Pull
Box Jump
Push Press
Mountain Climber/Jump Rope
Rest
