Happy New Year!!

A few thoughts as we head into the new year.....

Nutrition Challenge:
I feel like we all let this extremely important piece slide over the last month or so.  It's never too late to get back on track, and I know a lot of you are interested in a challenge so here goes....

For the next 28 days(starting Monday) you eat green vegetables and animal protein- beef, chicken, turkey, fish...organic is the best way to go.  The only liquids are water, seltzer, and black coffee or tea if you must. This will detox your system and have you feeling great within days.  Your head will be less foggy, and your body will feel great and less tired.  For those of you who have been on track, but just need to tighten up, I recommend doing strict paleo for the 28 days- no cheats!
Keep in mind, if you have any medical concerns about this challenge, please discuss them with your physician.
I would like you all to post your daily eating either on this blog or email me privately.  It helps when you know someone is watching.
Good Luck!

Please note the new additions to the schedule on the left of the page.  Have a safe and happy New Year's Eve!!

Molly
