We were thrown a loop today. WOD 3 and 4 were combined with very little rest. First we did a team row of 2000k. We each had to row 500 for time. I had my personal best with a 1:47 row. I went last and could barely see straight at the end. We then had about 1 minute rest and went straight into stone lifts(95 lbs) followed by 100 hand release pushups and 200 box jumps. My team was awesome and it was killer! We weren't even close to the top teams because of yesterdays lifts, but still stayed w the top dogs today!
