Strength Day:
Stations will be set up and you will do 3 sets at each station.
1. Ring Pulls
2. Push Ups
3. Weighted Step Ups
4. Skull Crushers
5. Dead Lift
6. Hip extensions

50 Sit ups as fast as possible for time
