1-5 Wall ball                2-12Seated
    10 Sit ups                    12 Standing ball slams

3-10 Walkin lunges       4-7 Box jump
    5  Push press                7 Box dips

Push as hard as you can during the 5 mins of work please.  You get OUT what you put IN.
