Thank you all for your hard work during this challenge. A key point to your overall health that we have not talked about, but it is right up there with the importance of nutrition and exercise is sleep. I know better than anyone that we can be busy and our minds are always on go mode, but you need to sleep! The other pieces will not fall into place if you are only giving yourself 5-6 hours of rest.
Take this challenge one day at a time. Don't focus on counting all of the days together. Wake up every morning and say, " I am going to make healthy choices today, become more fit, and give my body the proper rest it deserves."
