Warm up:
3 minute Double under amrap
24 Turkish Get Ups - no weight

Teams of Two:
20 minute amrap:
100 meter dash
10 chest to floor push ups
14 Walking lunges

One person working at a time. Alternate each round who does what exercise...person 1 does exercise 1&3 first round and person 2 does exercise 2.  Round 2 person 2 does 1& 3 and person 1 does 2...over and over for 20 minutes.
