Wednesday's am/ Thursday pm Workout

Strength Work

I am so excited that I got some more rings so we can start with more pullups/dips/and other strength exercises.

I also got a new med ball, so expect some of those tomorrow as well.

We will continue to work on the core strength through planks and sit ups.
